Terms & Conditions

1. General

These terms and conditions govern all services provided by Designed Memories, a photo magnet photography
service. By booking or using our services, you agree to these terms.
Designed Memories reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our
website and will apply to future bookings.

2. Booking and Payments

A deposit of $250 is required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable but will be deducted
from the total cost of the service.
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 5 days before the event.
If the full payment is not received by the due date, Designed Memories reserves the right to cancel the
booking.
Payment methods accepted: Bank Transfer.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made in writing via email or through our contact form.
If you cancel more than 14 days before the event, only the deposit will be forfeited. If you cancel less than 14
days before the event, the full payment will be retained.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 7 days in advance.
Designed Memories reserves the right to cancel the booking at any time due to unforeseen circumstances,
including but not limited to equipment failure, staff illness, or events beyond our control. In such cases, a full
refund of all payments made will be provided.

4. Event and Venue Requirements

The client must provide a suitable space for the photo magnet setup, with access to power outlets and adequate
lighting.
The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions or permits for the setup and operation of the
photo magnet at the venue.
Designed Memories is not liable for delays or disruptions caused by venue restrictions or issues beyond our
control.
The client is required to provide appropriate breaks or meals for staff during events exceeding at least 4 hours
in duration. Breaks will be scheduled in a way that minimizes disruption to the service.

5. Service Delivery

Photo magnets will be printed and displayed for guests during the event. Designed Memories provides
unlimited photo magnets during the booked event duration.
Designed Memories reserves the right to refuse service to any guest behaving inappropriately or disrupting
operations.

6. Intellectual Property

Designed Memories retains the rights to all images captured during the event. These images may be used for
marketing or promotional purposes unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing prior to the event.
Clients and guests may use the images and magnets for personal use only.

7. Liability

Designed Memories will take all reasonable steps to ensure a smooth service; however, we are not liable for
issues arising from technical failures, equipment malfunctions, or any unforeseen circumstances.
In the event of cancellation by Designed Memories due to circumstances beyond our control, a full refund will
be issued.
Designed Memories is not responsible for damage or loss of photo magnets once they are handed over to
guests.

8. Privacy and Data protection

Any personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for the purposes of
providing our services and will not be shared with third parties.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
