We design your frame

Before the event we design a frame around your names or logo, your theme and your date. It’s made for your event, not pulled off a shelf, so every magnet looks like part of the night.

Our photographer roams

All night, our photographer works the room: groups at the table, candids on the dance floor, the photo with Nan that nobody organised. No queue and no booth to herd people into. The fun comes to your guests.

We print on the spot

Our second team member prints every photo on site as a premium magnet in your custom frame. A fresh batch goes up on the magnet board every 5 to 10 minutes, so guests see themselves while the night is still going.

Guests find their magnet

Guests check the board, spot their photo and take their magnet. Magnets are unlimited, so everyone in the photo gets a copy and nobody leaves empty-handed.

Photo magnet questions

How long until the magnets appear?

A new batch goes up on the magnet board every 5 to 10 minutes, all night.

What size are the magnets?

Our standard magnet is 3 x 4 inches (75 x 100 mm). We can also print 4 x 6 or 4 x 4 inches.

How many magnets do guests get?

As many as they want. Everyone in a photo gets their own copy.

How much space do you need?

Not much. The photographer moves around the room, the printer needs a small table, and we bring our own magnet board and set it up where guests can see it.
